Hours: 7:00am -7:00pmWork Week: 1 - Monday, 2 - Tuesday, 3 - Wednesday, 4 - Thursday, 5 - FridayDuties include analyzing and responding to messages by customers. Resolving problems and maintain an ongoing relationship with customer. Following up on customer requests, reviewing rates as needed, tracking shipments and orders, preparing reports, customer set ups, updating customer files and profiles. Develop and prepare proposals and presentations. Prepares complex reports and performs audits.Call Center environment plus email work. Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Will train IN THE OFFICE.
