Cortech is seeking to hire a loader for our client in Indianapolis, IN.

1st shift

Responsible for checking orders and loading store merchandise onto trailers, removing and palletizing store returns, and emptying trays and materials from returning trailers.


a. Remove pallets, empty trays and store returns, and ensure each trailer is swept out prior to loading
b. Accurately load merchandise onto trailers, following established work instructions
c. Keep visual contact with the approaching line of totes and cases to avoid conveyor system back-up
d. Complete, after each trailer, daily worksheet describing tasks and work performed
e. Frequent overtime required, particularly during high volume periods, to ensure that all stores are serviced according to the daily schedule
f. Perform other duties as required by Supervision/Management
g. Consistently perform at expected performance and quality levels
h. Ensure personal and facility compliance with company requirements as they relate to PSE, HazMat, HIPAA, etc.
