Qualifications:Knowledge of CA Consumer Privacy Act law (CCPA), exhibit excellent customer service and manage required duties and onsite teams.Responsibilities:• Learn and understand CA Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) law and implications of it to our business. • Manage Jordan Lawrence (JL) Data Inventory module including: o Update/Manage Henkel Department Manager List and communicate updates to JL o Understand Processes and Personal Information (PI) that is captured in Data Inventory o Conduct annual Data Inventory update for Henkel in Oct/Nov o Add new Processing Activities that involve PI on an ad-hoc basis outside of annual update • Manage JL Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) module including: o Understand 3 (Opt-Out, Access and Deletion) process flows and update as needed o Review/approve DSAR submissions o Monitor/track DSAR submissions and drive to completion within acceptable time frame o Answer questions/provide guidance for Department Managers and other Business members • Periodically audit websites for compliance • Serve as a resource on Privacy Counsel to Legal KAM’s and Business on Data Privacy issues/questions • Manage CCPA MS Teams site • Manage Bi-Weekly Data Privacy Counsel Mtgs (w/Jeanne Siebert, Jenny Kalcevic and Alexandra McDonald) • Attend Monthly CCPA/GDPR Counsel Mtgs
