Pay Rate: $22.00


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
--Utilizes complex records related to Payroll and Union records performing audit for accuracy and completeness
--Collects data/information for internal department use in special projects or reports
--Updates information and reports typically on the computer
--Checks information for accuracy
--Reviews information/data and makes decisions within well-defined guidelines, parameters, and instruction
--Examines and prioritizes documents to determine work to be completed or best course of action
--Creates and maintains complex reports
--Shares information and reports with other functions or functional groups while ensuring that the information is kept confidential and secure
--Compiles minor statistical data
--Makes and checks routine one and two step math calculations
--Accumulates data necessary to determine accurate historical reporting and payments
--Checks own work for accuracy
