Designer has the ability to work through design assignments with some guidance, but able to ideate quickly and work with the team to brainstorm and concept new and build off existing ideas. The design process includes conceptualization, trend research, consumer research, design presentations, design renders 2D or 3D and design specifications. The Designer stays abreast of competitive product and industry innovations. Works collaboratively with the Product Development & marketing team to ensure costs, margin goals and overall business goals. Minimum qualifications: BA/BS in a design related field such as Industrial Design, , or Toy Design, preferred Minimum of 1 years design experience.
Experience Required: Level 3 - 5-9 Years
Excellent communication skills, the ability to compromise and the desire to work with skill sets across the entire organization.
