Project wishes to extend the statement of work for the services of a deskside support technician consultant to perform the activities including, but not limited to, those outlined below in support ofs computer lifecycle service. The preferred candidate should have some background in supporting and deploying Windows 10 computers.


Scope of Services:
Consultant will be responsible for providing deskside support and deployment services in support of the computer lifecycle service.

The technician will perform the following functions:
• Schedules and installs new/replacement/loaner computers and equipment that is deployed to the workforce. Most activities need to be coordinated with the workforce in advance.
• Testing devices deployed to critical areas.
• Troubleshooting computer deployment and performance issues.
• Delivering and installing computer equipment as requested by the business. Coordination and scheduling deskside or in the walk up support center.

2.0 Project Deliverables:
For the FY22 computer lifecycle service deployment and support related activities, the team will be responsible for producing deliverables as determined by the Device and Asset Management Lead and Manager of Workspace Technologies.


3.0 Duration:
The statement of work will commence on April xx, 2021 and end on or around April xx, 2022.
