This role will be build & operate toolchain, that includes, but not limited to overall vision, design, execution & operations leveraging agile & engineering best practices.</p> <ul> <li>Experience building end-to-end systems as a Platform Engineer, ML DevOps Engineer, or Data Engineer (or equivalent).</li> <li>Strong software engineering skills in complex, multi-language systems.</li> <li>Fluency in Python programming</li> <li>Experience working with cloud computing and database systems.</li> <li>Experience building custom integrations between cloud-based systems using APIs.</li> <li>Experience developing and maintaining ML systems built with open-source tools.</li> <li>Experience developing with containers and Kubernetes in cloud computing environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with one or more data-oriented workflow orchestration frameworks (KubeFlow, Airflow, Argo, Jenkins etc.).</li> <li>Ability to translate business needs to technical requirements.</li> <li>Strong understanding of software testing, benchmarking, and continuous integration.</li> <li>Exposure to machine learning methodology and best practices.</li> <li>Exposure to deep learning approaches and modeling frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc.).</li> <li>Minimum 6-8 years of experience testing and deploying CI/CD, Test automation, Test Harness, Web UI/microservices, Preferred DevOps in ETL/BI, Data warehousing and cloud systems</li> <li>Develops and maintains mission-critical information extraction, analysis, and management systems.</li> <li>Implements streaming analysis algorithms to generate question focused data sets (QFDs).</li> <li>Provides direct and responsive support for urgent analytic needs.</li> <li>Participates in architecture and software development activities.</li> <li>Translates loosely defined requirements into solutions.</li> <li>Uses open-source technologies and tools to accomplish specific use cases encountered within the project.</li> <li>Uses coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom workflow.</li> <li>Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem.</li> <li>Performs incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li> <li>Process-oriented with great documentation skills</li> <li>Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service</li> <li>Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies</li> <li>Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:</li> <li>BS in Computer Science, IT, IS, or equivalent area of technical study (IT experience can substitute for a BS degree)</li> <li>Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes, Docker, AWS EC2, Teraform, Vault, CyberArk, HashiCorp, Lambda,</li> <li>Familiarity with agile software development in Python, R, JavaScript, Nodejs, GO, Gradle, Maven, Jfrogs Artifactory, Junit,</li> <li>Experience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git/Bitbucket, Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Bamboo, Confluence, Spunk, ELK, Nagios, Grafana, Servicenow, Teams, ControlM, Airflow, CloudWatch, Solarwind,</li> <li>Significant experience with Windows and Linux operating system environments</li> <li>Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as PowerShell or Python/Linux or Unix scripting</li> </ul> <p> </p>
