Job : Digital Content Developer
Location : Washington, DC
Type : Long term contract

Description :
The Digital Content Developer shall be responsible for developing digital training in the form of eLearning, learning tools for mobile devices and/or infographic videos. The resource will be expected to offer expert advice and consultation in design and development of storyboards and templates to implement high-quality learning experiences including eLearning, mobile learning, and infographic videos.  
The ideal digital training developer will possess strong visual design skills, technical skills, and experience in creating digital learning solutions to meet the goal of delivering knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective, repeatable and sustainable manner

Responsibilities:
Act as a development team lead to produce online learning as stand-alone products or as part of a blended learning approach.  
Participate in on-going assessment of learning objectives, scope and content to determine best platform.    
Creating templates, storyboards, scripts, multimedia, narration, graphics, animations and interactive simulations. - Video production and post-production audio and video editing.  
Collaborating with developers, subject matter experts and other team members will be vital to create digital learning solutions for various audiences.  
Lead facilitator of training developed for the General Analyst program, and the InSite Platform. This includes custom training programs which are facilitated in classrooms, training facilities or by video-conferencing (such as ZOOM, WebEx or similar), creating training videos, self-guided instructional videos, manuals and online training.
Coordinating with the Technical Operations team and other Cyber/Analytics resources (to include Product Owners, Reporting Lead and Communication Lead).  
Maintain a training plan as well as a prioritized training backlog and providing regular updates on the status of the backlog during scheduled meetings.

A minimum of ten (10) years experience; A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred; Note: Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level on a case-specific basis; Works on high-visibility, or mission critical aspects of a given program, and performs all functional duties independently; Oversees the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
