Client, and its portfolio of brands form one of the largest security portfolios in the world. We are looking for a Marketing Program Coordinator to join the team and help drive growth in our Latin America and Brazil region. The successful candidate will be helping to build and execute programs for our Video and Access Control product lines. Due to the geography the successful candidate must be tri-lingual in Spanish, Portuguese and English. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about driving results. They must be a strong executor, detail oriented and with proven experience running Marketing programs in this region. Responsibilities include:

- Develop marketing plans and campaigns to meet the LATAM region needs. Work with Global Marketing, Product Management, Sales and external partners and vendors to execute.
- Manage web site and social media platform content and postings (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Effectively manage project timelines and budgets aligned to strategic and brand objectives
- Support the execution and analysis/ROI of marketing campaigns and proactively contribute creative marketing ideas
- Assist and coordinate product launches as brand initiatives in the region
- Author and edit/proof marketing and communications content and collateral e.g. case studies, blogs, newsletters and brochures
- Support channels & customers in the region on providing logos, products images and other marketing collateral. Traffic artwork and other materials to printed and online trade media
- Organize or support events & tradeshows both physical and virtual. Responsibilities will include ensuring consistency in corporate image and design as well as coordinating translations and managing invoices. Relevant experience expected
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers
Desired Skills and Experience

What are we looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications with 5+ years experience in a marketing role
- Must be trilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Knowledge of campaigns planning, budgeting, advertising, promotions, merchandising, research and analysis
- Strong Digital Marketing experience. Proficient using Marketing Automation tools (ideally Salesforce/ Pardot) and proven experience with enterprise social media tools.
- Experienced organizing events – ideally physical and digital.
- Good working knowledge of media programs/PR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior computer skills, especially MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of files/images management (PDF, jpeg, tiff, eps, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Works extremely well under pressure and able to multi-task on concurrent projects and prioritize
