  5. Interview Process: They will interview with Chris Searle, over teams and then issue offer.
  6. Work Location: Onsite role , reporting to Chris Searle and will have an individual on his team who will be mentoring this person.
  7. Job Description: Their function will be to gather different documents compile them into one pdf and then send them to the customer for sign off on.
    They need to get the documents from the different departments.
    They would pull the documents from the master control program (QMS System) Does not need to have QMS experience.
    General MS Experience is fine with some experience working with PDF systems and bringing documents together and standard MS Word items.
    All documents are related to product certificates, and analysis and products.
  8. Contract Length: 6 months.
    There is a possibility based on the business needs and the CW performance to go permanent.
  9. Experience: Willing to take someone on with basic office experience for training, they should have good follow up skills.
  10. Training Length: Would train for a couple of weeks- 1-2 weeks depending on how fast they pick things up.

The XXX Services Document Specialist resides on the BioProduction XXX Services Single Use Technologies (SUT) team and is responsible for managing customer specification documentation across the SUT network.
They are the single point of contact for notifications to the customer.
They will manage obtaining the detail for specification updates along with a cross-functional team in order to execute and maintain the customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers and Account Managers to accurately capture requirements and secure business.
  • Work with interfacing functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer documentation (Product Management, Change Control Board, Quality).
  • Ensure inquiries are met for all documentation requests for a given project.
  • Troubleshoot, escalate and resolve issues and risks that are jeopardizing getting communications to the customer.
  • Communicate action plans and resolution to a cross-functional team and the customer in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to data integrity best practices.
  • Meet BioProduction business objectives around documentation time frames to meet customer service level targets, and revenue goals.
  • Run reports, analyze data, develop presentations.
  • Manage day to day tasks around specification change notification execution including Pre-notification and Formal Notifications

The XXX Services Document Specialist applies basic principles, concepts, practices, and standards of the BioProduction field to complete standard tasks and assignments.
Work under general direction using discretion to complete tasks, frequently solves problems through research of multiple alternatives, builds stable working relationships with internal and external contacts, and impacts the immediate workgroup through accuracy of tasks and information provided.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Position requires five years experience in a customer facing environment and working technical knowledge of the biotechnology industry including the basics of project management methodologies.

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

Successful candidate will have strong skills in the following areas: written and verbal communications, interpersonal cross functional team-based interaction, organizational and detail orientation, analytical, planning, and problem solving.
Should also be intellectually curious and results oriented.
