Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.
Bill Rate: $22.37/hr.

***Excel experience required, SAP experience preferred***

Job duties include, but are not limited to: Provides full-range of administrative support in an FDA regulated manufacturing facility. Responsible for SAP accounting system entries including receiving, raw material consumption, and reconciliation. Prepares, issues, and reviews Production batch records in accordance with cGMP. Prepares sample shipments and associated documents, including export products. Prepares, edits and distributes reports using Microsoft Office software (e.g. manufacturing spreadsheets, Overall Equipment Effectiveness spreadsheet, SOPs, Forms); organizes and maintains files; fields incoming telephone calls and replies to routine inquiries; provides project management assistance when necessary; expedites flow of work, and initiates follow-up when necessary; orders supplies and equipment; cooperates with other staff in maintaining an efficient workflow; serves as back-up administrative support for any member of the team when necessary; and complies with all site Safety, Quality, cGMP standards.
