CorTech is seeking Production Operators for our client located in Plymouth, MN.
This position is paying $16.
00/hr.

3:00pm-12:00am shift.



High school diploma or equivalent

Able to operate effectively as part of a team Effective communication skills, written and verbal Able to read and follow SOPs, labels, work instructions and blue prints Able to stand throughout shift.
Site uses Kronos for timekeeping.
Please note that this is a Life Sciences site, and drug screens are not required.
This site prefers to have the background check complete prior to start.
They do not start candidates with pending background checks, but will review individual cases if it is taking longer than 10 days.

Responsibilities:
We are producing Single Use Bio-Processing Containers Over 90% of our product line is Custom to our Customers We are part of the Performance Plastics Division – (film, plastic connectors, tubing, retainers) We purchase all components required in the processing of containers – We do not mold parts at this site.
We use Hot seal bars to produce our product – these machines were designed and manufactured in house.
We have three presses one is for trimming excess material from the product we make – The other two presses are used for sealing film or welding components to our product.
We also have some pneumatic tools on site.
This position is responsible for building products using the appropriate work instructions, drawings and equipment to convert raw materials into finished products that meet the specifications for that product.
Work with production team to produce both standard and custom bioprocess products following documented procedures that meet the specific quality requirements.
Principal End Results (not exceeding 5) % of Time Major Area/Function 50% Efficient assembly and packaging of product following documented procedures and processes that meet quality and production standards.
Use of machinery and equipment that is required to complete the job.
35% Understand and accurately record data on production paperwork.
10% Perform general house cleaning activities

All candidates should be submitted at a base pay rate of $16.
00/hr.
When Kronos send's second shift hours, a $1.
00/hr shift differential will automatically be applied by the system.
This is a Life Sciences site, and a drug screen is not required.
