JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

As a Client Implementation Analyst, you must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills. You should also be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients

 

Specific qualifications for the role include:

 

·         Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of work experience and technical training

·         3+ years progressively responsible experience in a technical production or applications support role

·         Prior experience with EDI / Web Services or similar file transfer protocols.

·         Exposure and general understanding of Healthcare claims processing

·         Exceptional analytic and troubleshooting skills

·         Superior customer service skills, preferably in a technical implementation capacity

·         Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

·         Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

·         Clear understanding and working knowledge of HIPAA EDI protocols

·         Ability to juggle multiple requests at once

·         Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

·         Prior experience working on a cross functional project team desired

·         Understanding of internet applications and networks desired

·         Knowledge of Healthcare Business Systems desired

·         Experience with mapping tools such as Gentran, Pervasive or Claredi desired

·         Experience managing customer and/or vendor relationships desired
