Project Overview

The Client is seeking proposals for Epic tier 2 support for their EpicCare modules.

Background

The University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) is an academic medical center located in Jackson, Mississippi. UMMC supports three missions, education, research, and healthcare. The academic programs focus on medicine and health sciences. UMMC healthcare includes 6 hospitals (Adult, Critical Care, Women's, Children's, Holmes County Hospital and Clinics and Grenada) with 878 licensed beds. UMMC has established an Epic Connect Host program and currently has one Connect customer who is the Mississippi Department of Health. 

Required Experience

UMMC is looking for experienced Epic certified analysts to provide tier 2 support to UMMC and Community Connect end users for the following Epic modules.

Scope of Work & Deliverables

Scope of Work for Epic tier 2 support includes:

Break Fix – issue management

Routine requests – application maintenance and minor enhancements Error Queue monitoring

After hours on Call

Deliverables include:

Knowledge Base development based on tier 2 activities Performance reports

Performance attainment based on SLA High end user satisfaction

Environment / Other Requirements

Incident and request reports attached. Incidents are troubleshooting issues and requests are optimization or workflow change requests.

Place of Performance

Remote work effort

Period of Performance

Minimum of one year with option to renew for 2 additional years
