JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: ERP Implementer / Trainer Need someone who can travel 80% to any one client locations (Nationwide).
Client will pay the expenses.
Summary: To rollout ERP LN system at manufacturing plant locations in the US and Canada by providing Data Mapping assistance, Data Setup, Training Document Preparation, Conducting User training, Conducting system simulation and assist with Pre-Go Live, Go-live & Post go-live on-site support Major Responsibilities Data Mapping Assistance Data Setups Learning the Solutions developed by IT Team Training/Work Instruction Preparation Provide on-site ERP training to plant users Participate in system simulation Investigate and respond to user help requests, questions and problems Trouble Shooting and Problem Solving Assist with Pre-Go Live Transitional /Cut Over Tasks Provide Go-live & Post go-live on-site support Required to travel up to 100% in the US and Canada Performs other duties as assigned Education Associates or Bachelor's Degree either in Engineering or in Business or in Science or Equivalent Work Experience Experience 2-5 years Industrial experience either in Manufacturing or Warehousing functions Information System Project Implementation/Rollout experience is a plus Prior Infor ERP LN or any other ERP experience either as power user or end user or IT/IS support analyst is a plus but not mandatory Other requirements Excellent verbal & written communication skills Excellent Training Skills Strong interpersonal skills and easy to work with Ability to get along well with the fellow Team members Ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively with peers and management Have proven track record of project dedication and follow through Need to be committed and willing to take ownership and responsible with the timely delivery of project tasks Consistently exhibits a positive, can-do attitude Reporting Will be reporting to Implementation Manager
