Cortech is seeking an EVS Technician for our client in Springfield, MO.


Job Description:
Provides janitorial and housekeeping support for offices, warehouse, print shop, break room, and restroom areas. Additional training will be provided for supporting the Repackaging Clean Room and CPS Manufacturing Clean Room. Additional tasks will be identified for special occasions. Adherence to the goals and philosophy of HealthTrust ROi, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics and The Employee Code of Conduct is required.

Responsibilities
1.Attitude · Effectively practices and promotes teamwork in all duties. Actions are consistent with objectives and goals for department, distribution center, and health system. Remembers that patients are at the end of our supply chain.
2.Quantity of Work · Consistently produces work volumes relative to established standards.
3.Job Knowledge · Knowledge of products and procedures relative to job duties, distribution center, pharmaceutical repackaging, and health system operations.
4.Judgment · Makes decisions based upon job knowledge and experience. Considers all impacted areas in decision process. Seeks advice where applicable. Judgment sensible and reliable.
5.Dependability & Empowerment · Completion of assignments without follow up. Ability to identify, adapt, and pursue priorities. Provides proper communication of unresolved issues in a timely manner.
6.Industry - Utilizes available work hours effectively. Actively seeks other tasks upon completion.
7.Safety - Observes universal precautions consistently. Wears proper personal protective equipment when appropriate. Plays a daily part of maintaining a safe work environment.
8.Personal Appearance - Wears clothing and Health System badge consistent with dress code. Attends to personal hygiene to maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance.
9.Attendance · Adheres to Health System attendance standards. Provides advanced notification of absence where possible.


1.Uses appropriate equipment to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in all areas. Sweeps, mops, and vacuums warehouse, hallways, stairs, restrooms and office spaces.
2.Empties trash and garbage containers. Assists in breaking down cardboard boxes when necessary.
3.Assists in maintaining equipment and providing a clean, safe work environment. May submit requisitions for cleaning supplies and equipment.
4.Assists in identifying cleaning needs for the various areas of the facility.
5.May clean snow and debris from sidewalk.
6.Operates floor scrubber as requested.
