1) Experience in embedded area, Need candidate in between 5 to 10 years of exp (Not more than 10 years)

2) Should have program management experience to handle 2-3 release programs

3) Experience and ability to work with 1-2 engineers @offshore daily for the programs.
Communication Skill is MUST.

4) Should be hands on in C, Linux, GIT , Gerrit, JIRA

5) Excellent communication skills.

6) Good to have : Experience in Video, Broadband.
