Emergency Material Team Cycle Recon Apply
Diligently meet or exceed daily inventory cycle counts, ensuring accuracy to process while performing counts blind to Inventory Master.
Set timeframe for entire building License Plates (Product Identifier) to be systemically counted and every License Plate must be counted in timeframe by Cycle Count Team
Required to perform counts in floor box pick locations, Rack High Reach locations or Bulk pallet stacked locations.
Required PIT certification, if a certain PIT unit is not certified, then require support from Consolidator or another Cycle Counter to support with moving Pallets to scan (Cycle Count) Part
Required to have a thorough understanding of Part Inventory in the facility, in regard to: WMS Configuration, Capacity Management, Ability to navigate Web Pages and Research Inventory Locations, If material unfound research and investigate all previous locations material resided and work Operations to coordinate research
Cycle Counter will swap in between EMT Roles and must have an understanding of all positions
Assigned to EMT department reporting to EMT Supervisor
Follow behind Cycle Counter, as any part discrepancy will be systemically moved to a Recon bucket to perform research
Material systemically moved to Recon will be automatically moved to Variance in 24 hours, so goal to recover during that period.
Material can still be recovered from Variance; however, Variance is written off at the end of the month and in turn important for Recon to return material to inventory by that time
Any exception to an Outbound order either auto-triggered or pushed by action in the system will be sent to the WMS Exceptions Screen and each instance must be researched, taken action and comments left
Exception Monitor is the last line of defense to resolve an order discrepancy and if not handled in time of SLA or escalated no available inventory can cause a line down or run without at customer line side
Not only handles outbound exceptions, but internal Inventory exceptions such as non-pickable inventory, non-compliant label reprints or incorrect systemic handling or received material
Must maintain minimal open exceptions and mitigate impact to the Operation or Customer lineside by ensuring inventory integrity
