Cortech is seeking an Employment Representative for our client in Duluth, MN.


Performs a variety of duties in accordance with legal requirements and Health mission, policies, and procedures to ensure the hiring and selection of highly qualified candidates for Health positions.

Responsibilities include: supporting the recruitment activities to ensure all processes are properly completed; coordinating new employee process to ensure all documents, employment records and related data are accurately completed; keeping information system current; running various reports and maintaining computerized recruitment activity. Also responsible for providing research, process improvement recommendations, and conducting special projects as required.

Minimum requirements:

Associates degree, or 2 years of professional office experience
Professional Office experience highly desired
