Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree desirable.
- 7 years of progressively responsible related experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role.
- Lead the team responsible for development, administration and maintenance of SAP ERP and applications
- Strong technical SAP project management and/or leadership skills including the ability to plan, organize, and control activities.
- Expert knowledge of SAP ERP and experience as an SAP architect, senior SAP developer or SAP project manager.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and encourage collaboration among a team of IT and business resources to effectively and efficiently accomplish established goals.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to investigate complex business problems in detail, diagnose, and provide an effective and efficient alternative.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex problems and issues in a concise manner (oral/written) to many different audiences (customers, peers and upper management).
- Ensure SOX and audit compliance for areas of responsibility.
- Manage vendor relationships for areas of responsibility.
- Experience managing applications' portfolio that utilizes Microsoft's stack including the .NET framework and SQL Server database is preferred.
