Entitlements Services Senior Analyst (1pm-9pm Shift) Apply
<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></p> <ul> <li>As a member of the Entitlements Services team, the Entitlements Services Senior Analyst handles internal and external customer requests related to access control to DTCC/Institutional Trade Processing applications.</li> <li>Expectations include an ability to effectively communicate ideas, build rapport and develop relationships with internal partners, manage partners (client) expectations, technical expertise and attention to detail.</li> <li>Our Entitlements Services Senior Analysts have a passion for client service, an eagerness to quickly learn and execute at a high level across a variety of complex processes, and the ability to manage risk and identify improvement opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of requests received via CRM queues and through web form input</li> <li>Handle client requests in accordance with established processes and procedures</li> <li>Complete required tasks to create, modify or delete client and user profiles for all DTCC services using a combination of web-based, or GUI applications</li> <li>Respond to client requests within predefined internal Operational targets</li> <li>Recognize high priority situations and take appropriate escalation action following predefined criteria</li> <li>Liaise with other DTCC associates globally to facilitate fast and effective set-up implementation of new clients</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of related experience</li> <li>Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred</li> <li>Adheres to established rules and procedures when performing work</li> <li>Takes personal accountability to drive work forward</li> <li>Presents information clearly in writing and orally in small group settings</li> <li>Willingness to constructively challenge others on established views and contribute new ideas/alternative approaches</li> <li>Understands the needs of external clients, Entitlements Services team members, and key internal stakeholders across the organization</li> </ul> <p> </p>
