Entry Level - Research Data Analyst (Remote) Apply
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Successful and proven passive recruiting experience in a high volume, consultative environment
- Detail oriented, high level of accuracy in work product, with exemplary organizational skills, and track record of consistently meeting commitments
- Highly flexible, self-starter, proactive, responsive, resourceful, and self-motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Trusted partner to proactively think outside the box for future opportunity positioning
- Ability to prioritize and actively recruit for up to 30 positions simultaneously
- Relevant marketplace positioning of highly competitive roles to fill
- Driver of talent identification of candidates within the Retail & Wholesale space
- SME, hands-on ATS facilitator (creation of requisition, approval escalation, job postings, offer letter/background check where applicable)
- Recruiting nationally for various roles on multiple levels (P&C, Benefits, AAM/AM/AE, IT, etc)
- Ability to develop rapport across the organization while exercising solid judgement
- Cohesive team player with solid business acumen and a strategic not task oriented professional
- Deep understanding of industry trends and analysis for competitive positioning
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's with a minimum of 7 years' experience in Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, Risk Management or Financial Services/Sales Recruiting experience highly preferred
- Balanced, strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities, and be able to deal effectively with ambiguity and constant change
- Willingness to engage on high priority assignments nights/weekends when required
- Solid, documented career tenure as a hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter Guru
- ATS experience required/Advanced Excel & PPT Skills/AIRS Certification a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively over Zoom, in-person, on the phone, via formal presentations and electronically
