Position:- Systems Analyst Location:- Memphis, TN or Richardson, TX - Prefer Memphis Over Richardson, If Possible. Job Description: Responsible for quality assurance and testing, understanding business goals and objectives, analyzing problems, identifying solutions, performing research and cost/benefit analysis of varying options. Consistent professional communication, design documentation, support, creation and delivery of functional training for assigned Product. Ability to work closely with Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing and/or improvements. Responsible for modification of existing programs which are complex in nature under limited supervision. Ensure ITS core strategic goals are being met. Required Skills Cross-functional Quality Assurance testing and validation(various OS, devices, and browsers) Development of test strategy, plans, and scenarios Test types: Functional, regression, integration, unit, user acceptance Test automation (Selenium, Cypress) Load testing (JMeter, BlazeMeter) SQL for database analysis Report creation (SSRS and Tableau) Technical writing/documentation Root cause research and analysis experience Sid TalentMovers, Inc.
