Qualifications and Requirements: BS degree (BSCE/CS) and/or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years experience in a development role Embedded C/C++ development for Linux or RTOS Some scripting experience with Python or a similar scripting language Experience developing under Linux; comfortable with Linux tools Some experience with various interface buses, e.g MDIO, 12C, SPI, PCI? Experience with software/hardware integration? Basic understanding of networking and switching Additional Qualifications: In-Depth Knowledge of networking protocols, e.g., GRE, ERSPAN, VXLAN Understanding of cryptography and security? Data plane development Some experience with multicore processors and SoC (Octeon, Freescale, etc.)
