Roof top HVAC units
Exhaust fans
Familiar with Plumbing/pipe fitting
Building management systems (Siemens, Trane Tracer, JCI)
CMMS (Blue Mountain, Maximo)
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
Familiar with GMP / GDP
Strong attention to detail
Team player


This role will report to the facilities supervisor and will be a key team member of the facilities staff.?Job will include all electrical related tasks as indicated below as well as other duties and responsibilities as required.


Your role: The Maintenance II role maintains, adjusts, repairs, tests all types of electrical and mechanical equipment on site. This includes all preventative and predicative maintenance as assigned by management. Responsible for maintaining the site arch flash program. Must be able to troubleshoot and understand all intricacies of system as well as it relates to the direct EHS impact of systems. This role will also act as dedicated on-call HVAC technician responsible for all off-shift emergency response. On-call requirements will be rotated with other members of the facilities team. Must be able to utilize local Building Management System to remotely monitor and adjust setpoints and operational settings as required. Will also coordinate and work with contractors to maintain all other aspects of facility operation and perform other duties and responsibilities as required by local leadership



Who you are:?

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and be a licensed electrician in the state of Maryland. Will recognize years of experience in lieu of formal education

5+ years of experience desired.
Min 3 yrs. exp. facilities maintenance (commercial/industrial) – NOT residential.
