  Client is seeking an Executive Chef for Client located in St. Paul, MN. Client is private Christian University centrally located between Minneapolis & St. Paul, MN on the shores of Lake Valentine. Client leads education by building stronger communities, equipping confident leaders and preparing passionate world-changers!  Just 20 minutes from the twin cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, you have quick access to one of the most thriving urban areas in the nation! The Executive Chef is responsible for resident dining, retail support, and catering functions. Our successful candidate will have proven leadership experience, excellent customer service, promote a customer/client centered culture and improve partnerships. Ability to work with and grow a diverse staff, manage a busy catering schedule, and professionalism in client contact is important in this position. The successful candidate will: be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;  ensure Client Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented; have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;  ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.  Is this opportunity right for you?
