Qualifications:

The Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) Product Owner is an Individual Contributor SME role that works with Financial Crimes (Fraud, Sanctions, KYC, and AML), teams on a wide range of initiatives focused on the building of new/incremental capabilities and/or integration into the FCRM systems and business processes.

This role will serve as a product owner for the Boston Private integration driving the business definition and prioritization of the integration activities for their assigned focus area.

In addition to executing product owner activities, the successful candidate must also be able to execute traditional business systems analyst activities required to appropriately define and refine Epics and user stories for inclusion into product increment and sprint planning.

Financial Crimes Risk Management Operations/Business domain knowledge:

a. Advanced knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / Anti-money laundering (AML) disciplines to include KYC operations, Sanctions Operations, Fraud Operations, AML Operations and Compliance.

b. Hands on knowledge in CIP, CDD, EDD, Customer Risk Rating, SAR filing, CTR, 314a, 314b, Transactions screening, PEP/Adverse Media party screening, etc.

c. Knowledge in Payments & channels

Product Owner and business systems/product analyst experience in Agile/SCRUM framework and toolset

  1. Have worked as a product owner defining and organizing EPICS, user stories and acceptance criteria inclusive of setting PI themes and priorities
  2. Have worked in the capacity of business systems analyst/product analyst driving the capabilities definition, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and end of sprint demonstration to stakeholders
  3. Experience in drafting backlogs, PI & sprint planning, burn down & burn up metrics, KPIs.
  4. Hands on experience in Jira, Confluence, OFSAA KYC Engine, OFSAA ECM, Fircosoft, Bottomline, and SAS AML alert engine.

Hands on experience in drafting Map & Gap analysis, Workflows & Wireframes, User Stories/Business Requirements, UAT, SQL queries, Data Mapping, Deployment plan, Business Roll Back plan, Change Management, Training.

Experience working in Core Banking Systems, Payment Systems, Middleware and Transaction Screening Systems.

Technical knowledge of FCRM related Systems & Tools inclusive of OFSAA, Fircosoft Accuity, Bottomline, SAS AML alert engine, LexisNexis, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Outlook, SQL, Data Warehousing, OBIEE, Reporting, SharePoint, Pivot Charts, Pivot Tables.

Demonstrate prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital solutions across organizational boundaries Other Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required

CAMS certified strongly preferred

5+ years of professional experience in Product owner/business analyst related to Financial Crimes, BSA and OFAC

Flexibility to work in global time zones to support international business stakeholders and project team

Strong presentations and communication skills that includes verbal, written, active listening

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Act as Agile Business Product owner focused on the integration of FCRM systems and capabilities for the Boston Private acquisition.

Collaborate with cross functional team members to align on business process design as it relates to solution definition and adherence to FCRM required controls and processes

Provide input to status reporting for product side of project-oriented work efforts

Owns the development and maintenance of the business value stream roadmap for your assigned product

Utilize detailed domain knowledge to determine FCRM system impacts and create Epics, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria (KYC, Sanctions, AML, Fraud, and Payments & Channels Product Knowledge)

Identify and define current 'As-Is' business processes and 'To-Be' business processes, conduct gap analysis, analyze requirements and deliver various project artifacts: User stories/Backlog/BRDS, Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, User persona, Visio screen mock-ups, Interface designs, Data Mapping and other functional configuration documentations, Conduct JAD sessions.

o Analyze requirements and deliver various artifacts if needed: Visio screen mock-ups, Interface designs, Data Mapping o Configure business workflows in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 8.0.5 product and/or other platforms (if needed)

Organize and participate in Product Increment Planning, sprint planning, story pointing and t-shirt sizing activities for assigned work area

Design and implement effective change management strategies and plans that include the communication strategy, education and training approach, resistance to change, sustaining change after implementation, measuring expected benefits and ROI.

Configure and draft Business Architecture diagrams & workflows

Document and Execute user story acceptance criteria (UAT Test cases and Test scripts)
