HR Title: Sr Facilities Operations SpecialistJob DescriptionSpecific education and experience requirements:• Master’s Degree and 3+ years’ experience in business resilience area or biotech pharma functional role• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience in business resilience area or biotech functional role• High School and 9+ years’ experience in business resilience are or biotech functional rolePreferred Qualifications• 3-5 years’ experience in business resilience, in emergency response, crisis management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and/or risk management, in conducting BIAs, or in developing emergency or crisis management or business continuity plans• 5+ years’ experience in designing and facilitating exercises• Industry certifications• Knowledge of Emergency Operations Center operations, managing and leading incident response• Proficient in business continuity and emergency notification software• Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industrySpecific job responsibilities:Manages assigned projects through completion with limited direct supervision. Performs independent research, applies knowledge of emergency and crisis management principles, to create deliverables.Deliverables may include, but not limited to:Crisis coordinator emergency notification system training, EOC and Go Kit for Field EOC recommendation list with procurement sources, staff emergency guides, emergency preparedness campaign materials (slides for monitors, etc.), emergency communications technology and security ops center technology recommendations, Incident Management tools, preparing Business Resilience (emergency/crisis management/business continuity) program documentation including policy & standards, participating in maturity assessments, preparing exercise presentations and After Action Reports, Monitoring NC4 Notification alerts for trends.Develops training materials and delivers training.Assists with assurance of maintenance of a state of emergency and crisis management readiness, ensuring plans & emergency notification broadcast groups are current.
