Field Engineer 2 Apply
Voice/Telephone skills required
Knowledge of Phone System wiring, Including Phone IDF/Closets
Knowledge and Experience with 110/66 Punch Down Blocks
3 to 5 Years’ Experience with Avaya Phone System Platform
PC Skills for administrative task
Own Telecom Tools / Punch Tools /Toner and Probe
Knowledge of Avaya phone user models for digital and VOIP applications
May have project management responsibilities for smaller projects
Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required
Provides follow-up on problems or escalation.
Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress.
Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction
Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system
