Job Responsibilities:
Computer hardware set up, basic hardware and software troubleshooting stills
Job Description:
1-3 year computer support experience, basic hardware and software skills. Good work ethic, good organizational skills.
Day to Day Work:
Break fix repair of Industry standard servers (HPE & Dell), blades, storage and networking equipment. Working with various teams in the data center environment to schedule service outages, repairs, and validations, and inventory control and the associated paperwork. Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local Client team.
Required Skills:
Background in Server and /or Storage repairs, Data center experience as plus
Excellent communication skills.
Positive Attitude and mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting complexes.
Specific Server and Storage training will be provided
Learn and retain proprietary processes.
