Position: PC Refresh Technician
Location: Costa Mesa CA 92626
Duration: 6 months
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Non-Driving
Key Responsibilities
- Track all required data (Machine name, Machine serial number, Asset tags) to bill assets as they are used
- Manage the provisioning of all hardware to Client techs for PC Refresh and day-to-day replacements of out of warranty machines.
- Knowledge of all assets at all times (warehouse, storage, with Client, shipped, etc)
- Coordinate the asset tracking effort to confirm our asset inventory is always accurate
- Document and track new and used equipment with the same process
- Shipping hardware to other locations, branches and users across the US.
- Recover assets from terminated employees and contractors
- Recover and track defective units that have been replaced.
- Provides follow-up on escalation.
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress.
- Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 1+ year Asset Management experience in a high volume environment
- 6 months to 1-year hands on technical experience a plus
- Project management certification
- Excellent analytical and client communication skills
- Police or criminal background verification may be required
