We have an immediate opening for a Field Service Engineer to join our team.

Compensation for our Field Service Engineer
  • Up to $60,000 -based on $25-29/hour (depending on your experience)
  • Medical benefits
  • 40-hour week (occasional OT available)
  • Paid Vacation
  • All Travel Expenses and Mileage is reimbursed

What you'll do as our Field Service Engineer
  • Travel to client facilities and provide mechanical, electrical and software training on equipment
  • Direct Customer Interaction and Customer Service
  • Provide maintenance and repair services for machine tools as requested- service may be provided on site, via phone or via email as requested
  • Opportunity to work and learn many of the newest technologies in the industry
  • Work with customer to coordinate installation and training of equipment
  • Act as a product line liasion for material handling equipment and primary point of contact for training and installations
  • Ability to kneel, stand for long periods and lift 50-75 lbs regularly


Our ideal Field Service Engineer
  • 3+ years as Field Service Engineer
  • Bilingual- English and Spanish
  • Electrical and Mechanical Background (both Troubleshooting and Installation)
  • Mechanical and technical knowledge and experience as it relates to equipment used in the manufacturing of circuit boards and SMT industry.
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience and knowledge from any military branch electronics training school.
  • Firm understanding of troubleshooting methodology on technical machinery
  • Experience working with Surface Mount Technology Production Systems, not requires but preferred
  • Customer Service Background
  • Dependable - ability to show up and do your job to the best of your ability.
  • Confidence, "can-do" attitude, and a teamwork mentality.
  • Ability to follow rules and be willing to learn
  • Clean background and drug-free (pre-employment test required).
Hours for our Field Service Engineer
  • Ability to work 40 hr work week (Travel betweem 25-50% of the time)
