Field Service Support Apply
QA Field Inspectors will enter customer residences and commercial facilities. They are charged with confirming that measures were installed as applied for on the rebate application, so they’ll have to enter if those measures are inside a customer’s home or business (which is typically the case, though sometimes they can be outside the building too)
This QA Field Inspector must be a subject matter expert in specific fields as required by our utility projects (commercial HVAC, Lighting and Refrigeration, and residential EE installs). Duties include on site QA of work completed from trade allies in commercial and residential rebate programs. Supports Program Manager in quality assurance areas including complete installation, customer education, and contractor accountability. May call on retail establishments and distributors to promote and educate on program specifics/delivery/products. Develops and maintains positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between clients and a customer, either from a financial standpoint or product standpoint. Position requires ability to travel across utility's service territory in Virginia.
Will be driving clients vehicles.
Basic Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent
Valid Drivers License
Must be able to pass a MVR
