JOB DESCRIPTION :
Job Summary: Will provide information, analysis and recommendations to managers in the support of strategic and tactical initiatives. Responsible for the preparation of forecasts and the review and interpretation of company performance against agreed budget, objectives, and KPIs.

Duties: Prepare monthly financial reports. Track expenses and revenues and compare against budget. Reforecast budget if necessary and analyze causes of fluctuations. Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the Company. Analyze costs and communicate analysis to Managers. Develop and maintain financial models as needed. Assist in the budget process and reforecast process as needed. Assist with audits. Suggest cost improvement programs and assist with implementation. Provide guidelines and methodology for accounting operations.

Experience: 3-6 years in financial analysis

? Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
? Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers
? Solves a range of straightforward problems
? Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
? Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
