CorTech is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our client in Janesville, WI.

Front Desk Clerk Focus Area
The Front Desk Clerk is a fundamental part of our office, his role performs many vital duties to ensure that the office runs smoothly, and its professionals are supported. In addition, the front desk clerk will be responsible for answering calls, directing customers or clients to the right departments or extensions, and answering any questions people have when they contact the business. This role will report to the Owners of the Company. This may change as the organizational structure is still being developed.
Description and Responsibilities
Welcome and escort customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Gather information from the customer and visitors.
Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
Learn and follow IPM Foods administrative and operational procedures.
Maintain professional working environment within office team.
Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.
Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
Answers questions about organization providing callers with address, directions, and other information as appropriate.
Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
Receives, sorts, and routes mail.
Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies.
Process reconciles in a timely and accurate manner.
Work collaboratively with other members of the manufacturing team.
Organize outgoing mail and packages with the appropriate vendors.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Front desk experience.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications
General office equipment knowledge
Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Analytical skills
Dependable and reliable

Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
