JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsibilities include
•Operate semi-automated assembly system and balancer to produce low volumes of precision Fuel Cell compressors to specification.
•Manual technical assembly of precision components and supporting hardware. Includes precision measurement that supports component or sub-assembly preparation and final assembly
•Packing and unpacking precision components, assemblies and supporting hardware as needed.
•Stocking and organizing inventory within designated shelves and cabinets. Keep all inventory, parts, tools, gauges and company property highly organized and in working order.
•Input data in Excel spreadsheets or other as documentation of each applicable assembly
•Accept training from engineers or associates on all key processes and steps
•Follow all site HSE and other applicable rules.

Attributes
•Clear concise written or verbal communication skills
•Responsible, timely/on time, technically capable, interest in mechanical assembly
•Highly organized, good with multi-tasking, self-starter, diplomatic applies for appropriate escalation when presented with competing priorities.

Basic Qualifications
•Minimum 3 years’ PC based Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) use experience
•Minimum 3 years’ technical assembly and manufacturing experience
•Meets residency requirements
•High School Diploma or GED
•SAP or other experience is a plus.
