Title: Full Stack Java Developer

Duration: 12+ months with possible extension

Location: Westlake, TX/Durham, NC, McLean, VA (Initial Remote)

 

Required Skills: Java8, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST/ RESTful APIs, Angular 9 , AWS Preferred etc.

 

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in server-side development with Java, Spring, Camel, JMS, and Persistence frameworks (Hibernate/iBatis) and experience with relational database (Oracle) & PL/SQL
  • Know Java/J2EE Object Oriented design and development skills.
  • Proficient in technologies like Java 1.8 or higher, Angular 9, Oracle SQL, ORM Tools (iBatis, Hibernate)
  • Experience in AWS cloud (RDS)
  • Experience with Multithreading and Java design patterns
  • Unix and Shell scripting basic knowledge
  • Unit Testing experience
  • Know Agile methodologies or iterative development processes
  • Know Acceptance test driven development
  • You have knowledge/experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, Concourse.
  • Your ability to balance priorities and work on multiple efforts simultaneously.
  • Exposure towards working on a Linux environment is preferred
  • Exposure towards code analysis tools for code coverage
  • Exposure toward code scanning for security vulnerabilities is a plus
