Position Description Seeking a Google Dialogflow Conversational AI Developer to work with stakeholders and other developers to design, develop, test, and maintain Virtual Agents. The developer must have a good understanding of artificial intelligent concepts and apply them to provide better customer service experience. They must have strong analytical and programming skills and be able to analyze and interpret complex data. Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain Google Dialogflow Virtual Agents. Gather and document requirements, provide feedback on any technical limitations and make suggestions to support best practices. Work with NICE inContact IVR development team on technical design to define the events, intents, and parameters. Participate in release management process including promoting changes to production. Work with business team on continuous improvements such as updating verbiage, fallout analysis, and feature recommendations. Build Dialogflow fulfillment webhooks. Troubleshoot and solve issues in the production environment.
