Description:
Most of the job roles and responsibilities deal with monitoring the Prometheus and Grafana tools for alerts and fixing the issues on the Openshift cluster.
Creating and deploying the changes of Prometheus alert definitions using ansible-playbooks and deploying them to the multi-environment clusters.
Updating/deleting the resources on the OpenShift cluster according to the user requirements.
Creating the Security policies on the Kubernetes cluster on GCP environment and automating them through terraform code.
As an ideal GCP Operations Engineer candidate should be required to have well experienced in the GCP environment. Experience in building the infrastructure on google cloud. Experience in Terraform modules. Good to know about the monitoring tools used and implemented on GCP.
Good to have experience in writing Ansible playbooks. Knowledge of maintaining the code repository on Bitbucket.
