JOB DESCRIPTION:

<p>Oversight of SPI processes to ensure managed consistently across all the FLUs and in adherence with the Enterprise Process Management Policy end to end including.
process, controls and associated metrics.
Maintain central log of ongoing initiatives to form a consolidated view of status and issues identified for Senior Reporting.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business, Job Description, Responsibilities, Requirements: Working within the GMO Horizontal Risk function this role will support the centralized Risk Initiatives routines for Core Operations functions for Global Market Operations.
This position is highly visible, working with all FLUs within Global Market Operations, GCOR, Corporate Audit and Key support partners.
Key responsibilities include: Point of contact for all horizontal risk initiatives across GMO including GMO ORC Op Ex programs and GMO Ops/Enterprise Initiatives & Projects.
Coordinate with impacted GMO FLUs, Enterprise Partners and Risk to ensure all timelines are communicated and delivered accurately and timely.
Input into the design and maintenance of standardized GMO Risk Processes to ensure a consistent and visible approach to risk management across the organization.
Identify themes and carry out ad hoc assessments and deep dive reviews on emerging risk impacting multiple FLUs working with the dedicated Risk Leads and LOBs to identify risk and agree remediation plans.
Horizontal control and risk partners.
Drive effective management routines, communications and escalation protocols to ensure all required periodic and ad hoc deliverables are met.
Input into the centralized process supporting the cross GMO top risk assessment and remediation and in line with the Enterprise driven Risk ID process.
Support any risk based horizontal Audit Issues impacting Global Market Operations.
Key Skills: Previous experience within a risk and control environment would be an advantage.
Broad exposure to processes across Global Market Operations.
Understanding of the Enterprise Process Management Policy an advantage but not essential.
Proven experience in drafting communications and presentation materials intended for senior audiences is essential.
Strong organizational, planning, communication (written and oral), and presentation skills with attention to detail.
Excellent Project Management Skills.
Self-starter with the ability to influence, build trusted relationships, deal constructively with conflict, problem solve / troubleshoot issues for themselves and others, and adapt to a fast-paced environment involving multiple and simultaneous deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
Knowledge of enterprise risk framework, enterprise policies, procedures, and standards preferred.
Given the nature of the role, the ability to display flexibility given unpredictability of requests and ability to prioritize accordingly.
