Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a developer, with experience working on Genesys Cloud & Telephony knowledge
Qualifications
- Min of 3 years
- Experience working on Genesys Cloud
- Experience with Python
- Genesys Cloud Architect Development experience in IVR and routing- Integration with external Services
- Troubleshooting environment/ API / JSON
- Contact center experience.
- Telephony knowledge regarding Python experience added.
- We are okay with a solid fundamental level of experience. Do not have to be an expert. If not, the candidate should have programmed in Java or C+.
