The Graphic Designer I is responsible for executing company branding within the organization as well as collaborating and optimizing other applicable graphic design projects. These projects will range from conceptualization and completion of design solutions in multiple graphic applications including; print, presentations, digital, social media, infographics, illustration, campaigns and asset management for both internal and external audiences. This position requires a candidate who can analyze business requirements, understand brand guidelines, perform design tasks, juggle multiple short and long-term projects and be highly organized. The candidate must also be a highly motivated self-starter and must be committed to delivering top quality solutions within agreed upon timelines.
General Responsibilities:
Develop a solid knowledge of brand guidelines and help develop and maintain design resources for the organization.
Design projects from concept to completion. Projects will include original designs for digital and print, including posters, brochures, signage, reports, social media, email, presentations and for both internal and external audiences.
Ability to collaborate with other members of the design team and other enterprise business partners. Will work under senior designers on large-scale projects but also be responsible for the creation of their own design on independent projects.
Participate in design sessions on new and/or collaborative projects.
Strong design style, including creative design solutions.
Stay current with design industry trends and guidelines.

Knowledgeable and experienced in delivering comps and press materials to developers, printers, and clients.

Requirements:
College graduate, or equivalent experience, with 1-3 years of graphic design experience.

Design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects is a plus)
Able to self-manage work load
Sitting at desk for 4 to 5 hours at a time viewing monitor and typing
