A.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE: Board registered by American Registry of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) in cardiac or vascular sonography.
If not registered upon hire, registration must be obtained within twelve (12) months of entrance into the position.
Current certification in BLS/HCP.
Depending on area of assignment, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be desired.
B.
EXPERIENCE: Prior recent experience as a cardiac and/or vascular sonographer in an acute health care facility preferred.
All traveler compliance requirements must be completed 12 business days prior to the start date in Medefis.
There will be no exceptions, and travelers who do not meet this timeline will be pushed to a later start date and run the risk of being cancelled.
Effective 11/6: Queen's 14 day quarantine requirement for incoming travelers is being replaced by a COVID test requirement, conducted 72 hours prior to travel, aligning with the state's new quarantine exemption option.
Tests must be completed through a trusted partner, but CANNOT be a saliva-based test.
The traveler will also need to register with the state and apply for the state exemption.
