Cor-Tech is hiring a HR Specialist to join our clients team in Shelburne, VT. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity.
Shift/Pay:
Day Shift, Monday - Friday
Salary will be based on experience up $50k - $65k.
Job Description for HR Specialist
*Serve as the main human resources contact for employee payroll, and human resources/benefits related questions
*Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll in addition to financial ad hoc reports
*Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience
*Maintain employee records ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
*Manage the benefit administration process including benefit eligibility dates, review of completed benefit forms for accuracy, and submission of enrollment in a timely manner.
*Manage the open enrollment process, manage communication with insurance carriers.
*Create and maintain all job descriptions
*Assist with recruitment efforts including utilization of cost-efficient job boards as well as ad placements in local newspapers, trade magazines, etc.
*Manage PTO.
