HR Specialist – HR Consulting

Provide support to HR Command Center and HR Business Partners. Essential functions include:

HR Command Center support:

Assist with internal contact tracing for COVID-positive employee cases
Liaison with Facilities to coordinate additional cleaning post-exposure
Internal reporting and analysis
HR Consulting Group support:

Assist with HR consulting team initiatives, projects and processes

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management, or related strongly preferred
Experience:

1-3 years HR experience
Familiarity with HR processes and procedures
Attentiveness to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Solid understanding of and familiarity with MS Office, including Teams
Excellent analytical skills
Familiarity with Workday a plus

Ideally one individual located in eastern MA, and another in central CT.
