Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In-depth use of SAP to perform functions such as: control of employee information and report writing, update Leave of Absence Status, new hire & termination information.

Updates & maintains employee records for assigned region/network.

Works directly with payroll department on annual reporting requirements related to PTO accruals & payouts.

Assists recruiting by scheduling interviews and participating in interview process for hourly employees when necessary.

Responsible for working directly with contingent staffing resources to meet operational needs.

Supports SHE departments with monthly metrics and new hire respirator physicals.

Runs Human Resources reports and provides data to operations teams, controlling & SHE department as needed.

Tracks all STD/LTD/FMLA paperwork & payments to ensure accurate employment status.
This includes the enrollment paperwork upon disability, all doctors notes & follow-up notes.

Participates in monthly Safety and Health & Wellness meetings.
Works with the Human Resources Managers on special projects.

Works directly with site operational admin support teams on on company functions, holiday events, meals, Job fairs, and employee engagement activities.

Participates in & assists teams with confidential investigations.

Holds monthly HR training sessions with managers on payroll and manager self-service topics within assigned region/network.

Operates all equipment in a safe manner, always following all approved safety procedures.

Participates on the Company Continuous Improvement Plan.

May assist in performing similar or related routine production duties, as need dictates.

Performs other duties as assigned.

o Ability to write, read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

o To effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills
o Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

o To compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability
o Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Safety Roles and Responsibilities

Report to work fit for duty without impairment from drugs, medications, or other influences.

Maintain a proper level of safety awareness to do your job without causing injury to yourself or your co-workers.

Ensure that you are always engaging in proper work practices and behavior.

Actively participate in Henkels safety programs and as required, in a risk assessment of your job
Continually review your work environment for hazards which could lead to an injury or incident, and properly initiate corrective action.

Immediately correct improper SHE practices being performed by co-workers, contractors, and visitors
Always maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Promptly report all injuries, suspected injuries, and SHE incidents to a supervisor
Immediately notify your supervisor if the resources or authority required to correct any known SHE deficiency is not available to you.

Create an environment of openness, trust, and mutual respect, permitting every employee to excel in SHE performance.
