HR Call Center Associate
Description-:
  • Exercises good judgment and discretion when accessing highly confidential data.
  • Maintains knowledge of current HR policies, processes and procedures. Ability to assist with system que focused on email inquiries Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Possess general knowledge of HR policies, process and procedures.
  • Excellent telephone, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Possess a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor over the phone, through email and in a team setting with strong listening skills.
  • Maintains excellent customer service in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ability to review, comprehend, compile and organize communication material
  • Ability to be flexible and available to interact with teammates at all levels
  • Ability to embrace change, multi-task and willingness to learn new technology and processes.
