Cortech is seeking a HR Coordinator in Bradenton, FL.

Job Duties:
--Provides administrative human resources support to ensure effective HR delivery.
--Provides recruitment support and assistance to on-site candidates during the application and interview process.
--Works collaboratively with employees, leaders and HR/COE staff to ensure effective and efficient HR-employee services. Ensures the appropriate receipt and distribution of information to various HR/COE staff; Handles incoming internal and external inquiries, responds or refers issues to the appropriate HR/COE staff members in a timely and courteous manner.
--Ensures appropriate personnel record management in compliance with all legal and regulatory standards and Human Resources policies.
--Assists with the pre-employment and new hire process; ensures appropriate documentation in compliance with established standards.
--Provides assistance and support in the development and delivery of employee communication.
--Supports delivery of efficient HR services by ensuring appropriate materials and supplies are maintained within the department. Continuously assesses administrative operational procedures and recommends change as appropriate.
--Models, fosters, and promotes a Service Excellence culture. Ensures high quality, service oriented support to meet the needs of customers.
--Contributes to providing a healthy work environment by assisting with the coordination and planning of employee events.
--Optimizes use of supplies, equipment and services, ensuring a high level of performance at the lowest cost.
--Actively seeks ways to control costs without compromising safety, or quality of the services delivered.
--Possesses personal credibility in the organization;
--Ensures appropriate balance between organizational and employee needs.
--Initiates and maintains strong working relationship with all members of the HR team and hospital leadership to ensure the effective delivery of quality HR services.
--Stays abreast of professional, industry and market trends; participates in educational opportunities, etc.
--Serves as a partner in growing the business by acting as an organizational advocate within the organization and community.
--"Attends in-service presentations, and completes mandatory education week, including but not limited to, infection control, patient safety, quality improvement, MSDS, and OSHA standards (PPE, First Aid and Blood-borne pathogens, Hazard communications, Emergency Procedures and Job Safety).
--Demonstrates and promotes a positive customer service environment, which encourages quality care and enhances the image/reputation of the facility.
--Demonstrates and promotes a culture of recognizing diversity and valuing individual strengths.
--Personal/professional conduct reinforces Company's values and promotes Code of Conduct. Demonstrates ethical and compliance principles in her/his daily activities.
