HR Coordinator Apply
The HR Coordinator will report to the HR Director and support the Human Resources team for the GPC HQ Shared Services building.
Responsibilities:
• Will oversee all administrative aspects of a multi-functional HR Department including recruiting, onboarding, Training, and Employee Relations.
• Create and open requisitions in ATS and external job boards.
• Responsible for the new hire onboarding process - pre-employment screenings, assessments and E-Verify
• Manage the recruitment process for exempt and nonexempt employees and interns using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
• Provide day-to-day benefits administration support. Assist employees with any questions and assists with qualified life events as well as annual enrollment.
• Manage the onboarding process with employees to include communications prior to start date, first day process, and orientation
• Manage orientation for the corporate campus to include scheduling, updating presentations, and day of execution.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources supporting diverse teams.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally.
• Requires excellent written and oral communication
• Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Working towards PHR or SPHR certification preferred
