Job Title HR Process Manager/ Program Manager

Job Overview:

The HR Process Manager role is responsible for coordinating the review and documentation of the cross-functional processes across HR as part of the Workday implementation project. This role will manage and facilitate the review, discussion and optimization of the business processes. This role will help identify and define process improvement needs and ensure the HR processes align with those in Workday and that they are in compliance with legislation, standards, and regulations. Fast pace, heavy workload are part of the environment. Work is generally of a critical, time-sensitive or confidential nature.

Job Functions:

  1. Reporting to VP, HR Technology & Enablement, works with HR functional leads to coordinate the review and documentation of end to end HR business processes. Ensuring processes align with Workday requirements/design. Expected outcome is documentation, workflows and process guides (if applicable) for all HR business processes identified for Workday. (70%)
  2. Tracking progress and creating report out of progress (30%)

Primary Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, HR or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2+ years of Project Management experience
  3. Experience with process design, improvement or engineering.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  5. Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
